2. Year Of The Frog, Feb. 29 – March 2 at the Minnesota Zoo.
Kids ages 3-12 dressed as frogs will receive half-price admission. While you’re there, take a look at the colorful frogs and amphibians in the Tropics and Minnesota Trails.

3. Tech Fest, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. at The Works museum in Edina. Tech Fest is a hands-on science and engineering showcase in honor of National Engineers Week. Families will be able to build their own working catapult (and launch marshmallows), explore The Works hands-on museum, marvel at robots, see the amazing Physics Force stage show, visit with Goldy Gopher, and more. Free.

4. Le Cirque Rouge Cabaret & Burlesque, 10 p.m. at the 331 Club in Northeast Minneapolis. Features songs, comedy, skits, and classic striptease based on old time burlesque and vaudeville.

5. Scarlet Haze, approx. 9:30 p.m.
at Primetime in Burnsville. Scarlet Haze's album "Out of the Dark" won the MN Music Award for Best Hard Rock Recording. Catch this high-energy act live.
