 <description>&lt;p&gt;Summer isn&#039;t a time normally known for new episodes of anything scripted. Unless it&#039;s the scraps of a TV show that tanked so spectacularly during the regular season that it didn&#039;t deserve a timeslot during the months where most Americans are holed up, fearful of frostbite.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;However, as the television landscaped has changed, new episodes are seen year around. Of course this phenomenon, pertainig at least to scripted series, is a strictly cable phenomenon.&lt;/p&gt;
