1-Cup Light Mayonnaise&lt;br /&gt;
2-Tbsp Minced Dill Pickles&lt;br /&gt;
2-Tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish&lt;br /&gt;
2-Green Onions (minced)&lt;br /&gt;
1-Tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley&lt;br /&gt;
1-Tsp Capers&lt;br /&gt;
1-Tsp Fresh Dill ( 1/2 Tsp if using dry)&lt;br /&gt;
1-Tbsp Lemon Juice&lt;br /&gt;
1/2-Tsp lemon peel (grated)&lt;br /&gt;
1/2-Tsp Kosher Salt&lt;br /&gt;
1-Tsp Fresh Ground Pepper&lt;br /&gt;
1/3-Cup Heavy Whipping Cream&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Method&lt;br /&gt;
1. Combine first 10 ingredients and chill.&lt;br /&gt;
2. In a clean stainless steel bowl, wisk whipping cream with whip until soft peaks. Gently fold in 1/3 of the whipping cream. Fold in remaining whipping cream and chill.&lt;br /&gt;
Makes about 1 1/2 cups&lt;/p&gt;
